Rubber Rollers

Rubber Coated Rollers
Rubber coating for rollers is a flexible material used to cover rollers. Its purpose is to press and roll between two rollers and create friction to prevent materials from moving off course. With expertise in both manufacturing and repairing rollers for maximum utility, we can either produce new rollers or reduce costs through various repair methods such as shaft repairs, rust removal, or re-coating with rubber. We also control rubber hardness ranging from 50-85 Shore A.

In addition to manufacturing conveyor rollers and other general types, we produce rubber-coated rollers of various sizes for different industries, including Packaging, Textile, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and more, based on the specific requirements of each type of rubber.
